Local Mission Training School or LMTS is a 9-month training designed to equip and train high school graduates to properly use and apply scripture in all aspects of their life and others. We accomplish this by helping them with their Biblical Counseling Certification and having them engage in our local Youth Program every week.
LMTS is located in Washington, IN and will be in partnership with The Southwest Indiana PowerHouse.
The facilitation of classes and discussions will be TC Cook, the PowerHouse’s Director. It will also have other Certified Biblical Counselors filling in for lectures and discussions.
The program will run from September to May. Specific dates will be determined.
LMTS is for any who have graduated high school up to 26 as of sept 1st of the year they enter the program.
IBCD (The Institute for Biblical Counseling & Discipleship) exists to strengthen churches in one another care. We will use their training and courses to help you become entry-level biblical counseling certified. We will also use this to help you achieve a higher certification in ACBC.
